Some folks treat 25 as some sort of monumental age. An age in which you were supposed to have checked off a certain number of “adult” things from some list invented by other miserable adults. I think it’s important to keep things in perspective though. At the age of 25, Gandhi was still living in his parent’s basement and hadn’t yet made his fortune in the business world. At 25, Barack Obama was still only serving in his FIRST term as President of the United States. Steve Jobs was a failed folk singer who didn’t invent google until he was in his late 40s. George Clooney doesn’t even exist. He’s simply a made up person who was never born.

At 25 Adele had already released two stellar albums with another killer one on the way and won countless awards
